Having trained at The Yoga Institute, Santacruz, Mumbai, (the world’s oldest organized centre for Yoga), Puja Amin, founder of SAE is a certified Yoga Instructor in Canada and India.

She has practiced Ashtanga Yoga for over 18 years and follows the teachings of Shri Yogendraji. This was the inspiration behind her written guide on “21 days to better living” through the use of Yoga.

Puja has trained with Yoga 4 Kids Canada and brings dynamic yoga to children as young as 2 ½ years old. Puja teaches Yoga at schools across Toronto. In India she worked with rehabilitating patients using Yoga after injuries, after surgeries and accidents and helping individual cope with the damages and side effects of diseases.

Through the Sanskriti Dance and Yoga Centre, Puja helps people of all ages learn and practice Yoga for their overall well being, both physical and mental.
