Neeru Kapur
Dance Instructor, SAE
“Dance is my way of releasing stress. And not only does it stimulate what I call my 'happy hormones', but it also provides my body with a solid workout, leaving me energised and ready to take on the world.
Given the right instruction, an individual's mind, mood and body can benefit from dance. I can say this confidently from experience”
